Question by lewish: Is it worth cancelling an order from Tesco Entertainment when its a week past the estimated time?
i placed an order on a Dvd collection box from tesco entertainment, within the day the order was confirmed and had a 24 hour dispatch time, it’s now been a week! and still no dispatch. i have checked the order status on the site and it still says awaiting dispatch. i am hopping by cancelling the order, i can re-order it and try again and hope it will be sent this time.

i think its better you went to the tesco extra store and just collect from there, i had the same matter.

    first contact the company directly as to status and location of your order. Then contact the shipper directly, if it is not the same company as the seller. DO NOT cancel and re-order. That will not only confuse status of first order but will virtually guarantee it will take longer.
