Right. A Manager that’s insulting and/or shouting so is just an unsure person that believes to be a rambo. Well, good to know this studio, so I know what to avoid. Not for the people inside. But the management!
A real Manager doesn’t shout or insult. It spends time to improve people understandings AND the results. So that another time, everything flows much better, and smooth.
Here is missing the most basic skill of management!!!! He can build roads but not working with people.
