Circus Animal Cruelty: Abused for Entertainment
Animal use in circuses, one of the many forms of entertainment practicing animal abuse. Many people go to animals based circuses each year, not really understanding much about how the animals are trained, or how circus life is for them. The circus business is a harsh one for animals. Training involves many harsh techniques including, electrical shocks, whipping, beating, slashing with bull hooks and starving animals that do not perform well. The concept behind training is fear so the human will be the “master.” Are humans not talented enough to be deemed entertaining? Circuses are also known for their breeding of hybrid animals and rare coloration animals. These include, ligers, tigons, white tigers, golden tabbies, among others. As many of you know from our other videos, this is also very cruel. Surveys have shown that 70% of people actually prefer circuses with only human performers. But, human performers are more expensive than animal performers and circuses taking part in this cruelty, really only care about money. Please share this video with your friends so others will learn of this! Thank you. I’m sure some people love their animals, I would hope not all circus animals are beaten and tortured. But a wild animal like that should never be exploited for profit. It should be in its natural habitat, not a jail

Thank you for creating a video that explains the reasons why animal circuses are wrong, and for doing it in such a beautiful way.

@candylovestwilight Yes i agree i only posted that comment because not all of them are abused. With all my animals i always try to give them as much freedom as possible

@MsHorselover8 it doesn’t matter how well kept they are, they shouldn’t be in a circus to begin with. an animal should only be in captivity if it is harm. using them for entertainment is sick!

Some people treat there animals nice in circus. If you visit birdtricks channel they used their birds in the circus and they met some trainers and they took care of there animals it all depends

animals shouldnt even fucking be in the circus, they should be in the wild. i cant fucking stnad people that act like sick fucks and abuse the animals for no reason. (excuse my language, it just really pisses me off) in a way i dont care at all when the animals turn on their handelers and attack them, i feel no sympathy for the human. but then once the animal attacks the human, the animal is killed. but its okay for other humans to kill other humans and just get a small slap on the hand.

to be honest i heard something about this from my friends and from my family when i was ten but i didn’t give any attention for this big problem, but from today i’ll tell to everyone about this horrible thing.be sure.
thank you so much for giving us the possibility to know more things about the way those people behave to these animals!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i say yank the business liscence of any circus allowing the abuse of animals. now a law like that would smarten up the circus owners!… be good! or be out of business!

I weep for the animals who have no humans who understand their natures- they are not humans, buy they feel, mourn and suffer. Think outside the “human” box. Other creatures have emotions- most of us do not understand or care…

No abuse is necessary if you speak each other’s language…there’s just the wonderful feeling of love and oneness. I speak “cat”, and there are no misunderstandings between us…they are cats, and will do what they do- I don’t insist they fit into the human paradigm. We are one in mind, and feelings.

people should create new and less cruel tricks to train circus animals

As a 5 year old child, I got to sit on a baby elephant. Now, looking back at old photos taken of the event, I realize the poor beast was shackled, and forced to perform in a strip mall parking lot. He/she was apparently transported in a large windowless truck. The temps were about 30 degrees that day. (I was dressed in a snowsuit!)
I can’t change the past, but I would never take a child to see/be involved in something like this now.
I’m glad they took photos. They showed me the truth.
